One of my first Doordash food shoots was at the Cobbler Mom over on Greenwood in Tulsa, OK. While the shop itself was somewhat small and setup like a simple cafe, the hospitality was anything but small.
We did all of the basic Doordash-required shots on this one, and didn’t have a lot of time to experiment but I still love the blue glow emitted by my speedlight when I bounced it over the background of the dishes the chef prepared.
If I had this one to do over again, I definitely would have not shot the burger cold, but we were really focused on not wasting food just for the photos, and being conservative with our use of food.
